- Analyze your current systems
- Develop individualized training for your staff and/or board
- Conduct a training session or sessions—depending on your needs
- Develop a new fundraising plan for your organization
- Assist you with initial implementation of your new plan
- Be available for consultation for six months following specialized work with your organization
